• You may decide to choose 1 dress style in the same color combination that each bridesmaid will wear. This provides a beautiful, elegant uniform look.
• You may decide to choose a color combination and allow each bridesmaid to choose their own dress. Mix and matching dresses in a wedding party is a hot new trend and allows each bridesmaid to choose a style that fits and flatters their body type.
• You may also decide to work with a color family. For example, a bride may ask her wedding party to choose any dress in a pink tone. We have a large selection of colors to choose from.

Please keep in mind with each of these options, the discounted listed only applies if it is the same dress style. The colors may be different, but it must be the same dress style. For those wedding parties who choose to all wear different style dresses, there is a 5% discount taken off the full order if you choose to order 5 or more different style from our collection.

Here are the steps to order a Charsa bridesmaid and special occasion dress.

1. choose a style from our collection
   Browse through our collection and choose the dress style for your bridal party.



2. select a dupioni, charmeuse or chiffon fabric color for the dress
   We have a large selection of fabrics to choose from. We believe that each wedding is unique in its own way and each bridal party should have the opportunity to customize their dress. If you would like fabric colors sent to you, please email charsa a list of fabric colors as well as your street address.



3. choose the fabric and ribbon trims if they are required
   If the dress you have chosen has a fabric trim or a ribbon trim, please be sure to include this information with your order.



4. take the size measurements
   Refer to our size chart to find the appropriate dress size. It’s important to take the measurements correctly. A bridesmaid’s street dress size may be different from our dress sizes, so please follow the instructions carefully.



5. fill out the order form
   Please be sure to fill out all the information on the order form and sign the policy. Use the following forms to place your order:

6. fax your order
   Send or fax in your order form and bridesmaid policy form along with your 50% deposit. All forms for a bridal party must be sent together. This will ensure that your dresses will be ordered from the same dye lot of fabric. Our fax number is 415.255.6315.



7. confirmation of your order
   You should receive an order confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us immediately as there may have been issues with the fax transmission. You are responsible for reviewing the order confirmation and contacting us immediately if you find a discrepancy.



8. shipping and final payment of order
   You will receive the order 12 weeks from the date we receive the order form and payment. If you have a wedding which requires a shorter lead time, please contact us and we can work with you. Rush charges will apply.
